Liz Kurantowicz

Board Member

Liz is Principal of The Drury Group, a full-service, national, public affairs firm headquartered in Connecticut.

Liz is a professional strategist with over fifteen years experience reaching all levels of government, politics, non-profit and corporate public affairs.

Liz’s work includes a career of fundraising, campaign management and cause related strategy and development for organizations large and small touching all fifty states. As a result of her work and expertise, Liz has served as a political analyst for television, radio, print and digital media both locally in Connecticut and in outlets around the country.

One of Liz’s passions is working with political operatives around the globe to build their skills and share her experiences. She has served as a political instructor for the International Republican Institute (IRI), the Republican National Committee and other state, local and national organizations. Liz even had the opportunity to visit Tunisia on behalf of IRI to conduct multi-Party training on Party structure, grassroots activation, message development and fundraising.

Liz’s work has changed the landscape of politics and issue advocacy in Connecticut. She is responsible for pioneering the utilization of independent expenditure committees as advocacy vehicles in the Connecticut political and policy landscape. Her roles have included serving as the chief spokesman, strategist, fundraising and compliance lead for several multi-million dollar legislative and statewide efforts while navigating incredibly onerous campaign finance laws.

With deep experience in cause related battles, Liz has been at the forefront of efforts pertaining to economic growth, fiscal sustainability and supporting businesses big and small.

Outside of her public affairs work, Liz serves on the Board of Advisors for LogicSource, Inc.. Liz has been an active advocate and fundraiser working to find a cure for Multiple Myeloma and supporting those surviving the disease.

A graduate of Fordham University, with Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science, Liz met her husband Greg at Northwest Catholic in West Hartford and they live in Fairfield with their son Ignatius, daughter Francis and bulldog, Penny.
